Decks
Freddie built a deck for us late in the summer of 2008. As the lowest bidder I was worried that he might not do the job properly. I need not have worried. The deck was absolutely beautiful and I was extremely impressed with the care and precision shown by him. He was on time every day, and worked hard until the job was finished.

Kitchens
For years I had a vision in my mind of how I wanted my kitchen to look. I have it now thanks to Freddie Serda! He listened to what I wanted and made it come to life. We went from having a dark, dreary room to a room filled with light. We will enjoy it for many years to come. Freddie was very thorough and always included us in each step he took to transform our kitchen. Thanks to him we have a kitchen we can be proud of!!

Flooring
This summer one of my rental townhouses was virtually trashed…heavy damage from years of smoking inside and total filth everywhere. I was so fortunate to hire Freddie Serda as the contractor on this job. Freddie took on this thankless job and completely remodeled the entire interior to include flooring, all cabinets and countertops, new doors and trim, and painting. I gave Freddie an “A” rating. Freddie Serda is a true professional, complete trustworthy with high integrity. His workmanship is of the highest quality, and he is competitively priced. Since then, I have had Freddie do work on my deck, completing a project that needed someone who could turn my vision into a reality. Fencing
We made a last-minute decision to add privacy fencing to our backyard prior to a graduation party. Thus we contacted multiple contractors to provide bids. Freddie returned our call within 24 hours, and came over to estimate the job before any of the other contractors had even responded. Freddie was the only contractor who was willing to squeeze us in to complete the work before our graduation party, and his price was also the lowest. Freddie was very pleasant to work with, as well as prompt, professional, and affordable. We were so impressed that we hired him again later that same summer. We highly recommend Serda Remodeling!
