We closed off a portion of this client’s garage to create a fitness space with a beautiful view of the Mississippi River! We finished the room with LVP flooring, new windows, new patio door, fixtures, and a Mini Split (heat and A/C)!

We turned this basement into the ultimate in-home bar! We started with custom stained shaker cabinets and added a backsplash, quartz countertops, and a custom wood bar top. Finishing touches include chrome fixtures and custom foot rails on the bar. Cheers!

We turned this empty space into the perfect bonus room! This project features a ton of custom storage recessed into board and batten trim and a custom desk/buffet area with a wood top that matches the new LVP floors. We also installed a built-in mini-fridge and a huge TV, a heating and cooling system, a craftsman-style door, can lights, and matte black hardware.

This fun new family area started off completely unfinished. There is now a spacious 3/4 bath, bedroom, wet bar, TV area, and even room for a ping pong table! For the flooring, we did a mix of carpet and luxury vinyl plank (LVP). The bar and bathroom have custom cabinets and quartz countertops. Finally, we installed new doors and trim.
